The client is a Seattle-based non-profit org. that provides opportunities and support to youth in foster care to pursue their dreams and launch successfully into adulthood.



  • DemandDynamics design, customize and deploy an integrated Inventory and cost tracking solution using Business Central, with a custom bar code scanning and POS solution to track all incoming donations from donors and outgoing items to kids. 
  • Developed a bilingual webform that integrates with Dynamics CRM to manage requests for gifts during the holidays. 
  • DemandDynamics worked with client and synchronized other relevant donation and distribution data back into Dynamics CRM.



  • Client now saved countless hours and efficiently delivered thousands of donations to youth in foster care throughout the greater Seattle area.
  • By syncing other relevant donation and distribution data back into Dynamics CRM, the client was able to have complete visibility of the actions performed towards the betterment of the community.
